Primary Doctor
Don’t have a primary care physician? Mac-Elder Hilaire, MD specializes in senior care and is accepting new primary patients.
Integrative Active Aging and Awareness
Struggling with annoying aches and pains? Let us help. Sign up for a season of Integrative Active Aging. Each season is a 12-week therapy program, which focuses on propioception, neuromuscular training and therapeutic activity. One day a week we bring you a 2-hour program, which is customized to each individual to promote healthy living. The first hour is a fun, energetic therapy workout facilitated by a physician. The second hour is a WII bowling league, which features healthy activity, social interaction and healthy competition among your seniors. Learn more >>
Doctor Day
Can’t get to the doctor? Not a problem. Let us come to you. This program brings a physician into your facility to give routine check ups for your seniors. With our state-of-the-art equipment, we can do on-site EKGs, diabetes screening, glucose checks and lab work. Schedule the doctor today.
Urgent Care Day
We know how hard it is for people to get to the doctor. With our transportation, let us schedule a day that your seniors can sign up and go to the doctor. Our 12-passenger transport van will come right to your door to pick up anyone who would like to see the doctor and bring them back when they are done.
Education
Our board certified physicians are focused on educating others on the importance of their health. Let us come speak to your seniors about how the body works and the importance of staying active and healthy. We can customize any presentation to fit your needs.
Health Fairs and Screenings
You have a health fair coming up, and you’re looking for help. Let us pitch in. We can set up different screenings, do blood pressure checks and give educational talks to spark healthy awareness.
