Constance Scott 

Director of Operations 

Constance Scott is the Director of Operations. Constance has more than 13 years of experience in the medical field. Constance is also a certified Medical Assistant. Constance has two children a son and daughter. When not working, Constance is continuing her education to further her knowledge in executive healthcare management. She plays an integral role in the growth of the healthcare model that has been established by Atlanta Physicians Group. In her time off, Constance enjoys spending time with her family and friends. 

Nicholas D. Esposito

Director, Strategy & Business Development

Nicholas D. Esposito is our Director Strategy & Business Development. Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Alabama.

Nicholas is a highly respected figure in his community. He serves as a member for several service and community organizations including the Atlanta Airport Rotary Club, Hapeville Exchange Club and the Atlanta Airport Chamber of Commerce.

Nicholas was a Division I football athlete at the University of Alabama. In his off time, Nicholas spending time with his family and traveling. Nicholas is always ready to donate his time to help others.

Eric Matthews

Office Administrator  

Eric Matthews is the Office Administrator . Eric Matthews is a graduate of Everest Institute and he also attended Bethune Cookman University. Eric has more than 5 years of customer service experience. Eric enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

Chakelle Cooper, MA

Clinical Care Specialist II

Chakelle Cooper brings 5 years of experience in the medical field. A graduate of Ultrasound Diagnostic School of Atlanta, Chakelle is a Certified Medical Assistant, EKG Tech, and Phlebotomist. Chakelle is continuing her education in the medical industry and plans on being a Nurse in the near future. 

Chakelle is married with 3 children, all girls. When Chakelle is not in the office you can find her volunteering at her children's school, spending time with her family, hanging at the beach or camping.
